Best Office has meeting and training rooms, with optional coffee-break or participant kits (plastic folder, paper and pen) available.
The coffee break is served in a foyer with 48m2. The pricing is as follows:
- Simple coffee break (1 € / person) - includes mineral water, coffee and tea;
- Basic coffee break (1.5 € / person) - includes assorted cookies, mini toasts, jam, mineral water, coffee and tea;
- Superior coffee break (2 € / person) - includes fruit, muffins, cookies, mini toasts, jam, mineral water, coffee and tea;
- Premium coffee break (3 € / person) - includes sandwiches, savory snacks, fruit, cookies, muffins, mini toasts, jam, mineral water, coffee, tea, juice and milk.
Participant kits are also available, if requested in advance:

(1) All rooms have air conditioning and internet access.
(2) Each additional PC is priced at €5/ day, with MS Windows 7/10, MS Office 2010/2013 installed.
Additional software installation will have an additional cost of € 25 per room.
For each external laptop (except the trainer's) or equipment there is an additional cost of 1.5 € / day.
